Why are we passionate about Wellness at ISM ?

Wellness is so crucial to leading a happy, fun and fullfilled life.  At ISM we really believe that we teach the students life long skills, like how to make good food choices, what are the benefits of exercise, how you can manage your relationships with your peers, and also they learn important information about topics that are relevant to them for example substance abuse and mental health.  Wellness is a fun and interesting lesson where we aim for the student to be fully engaged in the lessons.  We do not set formal homework and our aim is to complete all the activities and projects in class, although sometimes the students may need to finish their work off at home.
